ABOUT THE EVENT:

• This in-person event will feature Alice Waters in conversation with Davia Nelson. Ticket packages are $45 and include 1 ticket + 1 signed copy of the book (distributed at the event) as well as a donation to The Edible Schoolyard Project and Life Lab. 

• Books will be pre-signed by Alice Waters and available as you enter the Rio on 10/30. Uncollected books at the event will be held at Bookshop Santa Cruz for two months, after which they will be released for donation.

• Tickets are final sale and unfortunately do not qualify for Readers Club credit.

ABOUT BOOK + TICKET PACKAGES:

We understand you may be coming with a partner/friend and wish for only one book with your tickets. Ticket structure ("bundling") is generally determined by a publisher/author's touring requirements, and bundling 1-1 is how we are able to bring incredible authors like Alice Waters to our little town of Santa Cruz (as well as cover the cost of the event—venues, AV, and staffing). We like to think of the book as a bonus on top of the event experience; plus, signed books make great gifts, and the holidays are approaching! Thank you for your understanding and support!
