SOLD OUT!!! THE LIBRARIANS — A Banned Books Week Benefit Film Screening for Santa Cruz County Public School Libraries

The screening is now sold out, but you can still donate to the fundraiser here. Every contribution helps us get more banned books onto our public school library shelves.

Join us on October 6th, 7:00PM at the Colligan Theater for a special Banned Books Week screening of The Librarians in support of Santa Cruz City Schools. Following the 90-minute film screening there will be a brief panel discussion with special guests.

This event is a fundraiser to help put books directly into the hands of Santa Cruz youth. 100% of proceeds will go toward purchasing banned and challenged books for libraries and schools across Santa Cruz City Schools. Choose your donation amount (from $5 to $500), with every contribution helping us get more banned books onto our public school library shelves. If you would like to donate without attending, you may do so here. Thank you for your support!

The Librarians takes audiences inside the fight to protect libraries and the freedom to read, following librarians and community members standing up for access to books and information. More about The Librarians:
