This walk will be led by a qualified mountain guide and a Boots & Beards walk leader who will ensure the groups safety during this excursion.

One of Scotland's best known hills, Schiehallion is one of the easiest Munros to climb on a fine summer's day. It takes the form of a broad ridge, with the famous conical appearance only apparent from across Loch Rannoch.

Walk highlands rates this walk as a grade 3. Please ensure you conduct your own research prior to attending this walk. Walk Highlands is a good resource for the same.

Date/Timings

• Sunday 17th November 2024
• Arrive at meeting point (Super Soccer, 33 Scotland Street, Glasgow, G5 8NB) at 5:15 am
• Cars depart from Super Soccer promptly at 5:30 am
• If you are going directly to the site, meet for 7:00 am
• Walk starts promptly at 7:15 am
• We aim to finish back at the car park between 5-6 pm.

What should you bring?

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Comfortable loose clothing (breathable, waterproofs)
• Layers to take on/off as appropriate
• Snacks, healthy lunch and water
• Any medication (if applicable)

Once you book what happens?

When you have bought your tickets, you will be shown a link to the dedicated Whatsapp group for this specific event. You MUST join this. A copy of this dedicated Whatsapp group will follow up in an email copy as the order confirmation of your ticket. Please ensure you check your junk email for any emails from us.
