Join Year 5 students from Newport Primary School to hear their brilliant story, The Word Factory, about the words we need to build a better future. This new story, written and performed by students from Newport Primary, has been developed as part of Borderlands’ and Seven Stories Tellers on Tees project working with young people across South Tees to develop new stories that reveal the exciting futures young people have planned for our region. This is a unique opportunity to hear the festival premier of this new story, and also to hear from Seven Stories Story Catcher Dave Pickering on the work Seven Stories does to enable young voices to be heard.
