The Strong Foundations Antenatal Course builds knowledge and inner strength for a confident birth journey with three tailored sessions exploring the questions that matter most.

To book your antenatal course: 

1. Select the time slot that works for you. Specific dates are listed in ticket descriptions. 
2. Pay the deposit to secure your space; please note deposits are non-refundable. 
3. I'll email you within 24 hours of your booking to arrange specific times, deliver your logins and give you an invoice with your full balance (of the course plus any additional mileage)  which is due 24 hours prior to your first booked session.
