Join us in celebrating the launch of Boss Talks Boston!  City lead Jennifer Davis will be chatting with Alanna Fincke about her inspiring story and to show you how you can make the changes that will help shift your life from stressed and chaotic to calm and resilient.

Two years ago, resilience expert and integrative health coach Alanna Fincke was the picture of health, purpose, and success on the outside. But on the inside, she felt like everything was falling apart. Then she got diagnosed with breast cancer. And she had to change.

Alanna will share how to boost what she calls the 3 Self-Types—unlocking your personal power:

  • Self-Care: Before we can do anything else, we must take care of ourselves. Foundational healthy practices and self love.
  • Self-Confidence: The mindset piece. Releasing old pain, patterns and programs with proven cognitive resilience techniques.
  • Self Empowerment: Stepping into your power and tapping positivity, vision, and purpose.
