Quiet Santa 2026

Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Santa’s Grotto, but we understand that some children may feel more comfortable with a quieter, calmer experience.

Our Quiet Santa sessions are designed to offer a more relaxed visit, with fewer people and less noise and stimulation, so children can enjoy meeting Santa at their own pace.

What to expect during a Quiet Santa session

To create a calmer environment, we will:

• Turn off all music
• Switch off flashing and twinkling lights
• Turn off our Singing Reindeer
• Reduce the number of visitors in each session to help minimise queuing

We hope these quieter sessions will help more children enjoy the magic of Christmas and make their visit to Santa a happy and comfortable one.

Additional Info

All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age at all times during your Grotto experience.   Adults do not need to purchase a ticket.   Due to the compact nature of the Grotto we ask that there are no more than 4 accompanying adults. Santa's Workshop will contain a wide selection of gifts that are unwrapped for your child to be able to make a choice and are suitable for all ages. Photos are an optional extra and you are under no obligation to purchase these

GDPR:  If you do not want a photo of your child taken, please advise the elf of duty when entering the grotto.  All photos are stored in accordance with GDPR and at the end of the event and no later than the end of January 2027 will be permanently deleted.  The photo element is run jointly by ourselves and Image Me.  Any data your provide on the following booking forms is used solely for the purpose of running the the 2026 grotto bookings and held within the booking system operated by Ticket Tailor.

SLOT INFORMATION

Please note:  Children booked together on one booking will be able to enter the grotto together.   Quiet Santa slots have fewer places available so there is less chance of queues.
