Scottish Outreach: Identifying Composites Workshop

Aimed at beginners and improvers, this workshop will help get you started with identification of composite flowers - members of the daisy and dandelion family. There will be a mix of classroom training and hands-on study in small groups, including fieldwork. The course uses the booklet Start to Identify Composite Flowers, which is based on the concept of homing in to ID using field characters via a dedicated flowchart, rather than by exhaustive keys. The booklet will be included in the cost of the workshop. 

£40 for non-members, £20 for BSBI members and full-time students. Places are limited, booking essential.
