SORRY CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19.

We are planning two one-day Recording Conferences on Saturday 4 April at Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and on the 5 April at Strathpeffer Community Centre in 2020. The same programme will be repeated (more or less) so folk can choose whichever is easier to travel to. 

This is a momentous point for the BSBI, as we look back (some nostalgically) at Atlas 2020 and muse over what a post-Atlas world promises. So, plenty to talk about!  But the main aim of the Conference is just to give Recorders and members a chance to meet up and discuss issues both formally and informally. After an update and taking stock of Atlas 2020, BSS will give us an update on their Urban Flora project and then there will be a chance for Recorders to report on what they have been doing in their Counties. In the afternoon we will discuss post Atlas projects, I'll give you an update of BSBI News and that will be followed by a general Q&A session. 

Recorders and contributing members are very welcome.

There is a small charge of £10 per person at RBGE which covers the costs of, room hire, teas & coffees, speaker expenses, etc. Lunch is NOT included, but can be purchased in the nearby RBGE Terrace Cafe or Gateway restaurant. Or bring your own packed lunch.

Event cancelled by you: we will give you a full refund providing you let us know at least one week prior to the event. Obviously you should cancel any accommodation you have booked separately. Sorry we are unable to refund within one week of the event.
