Registration
Registration is essential - so we can send you the Zoom webinar link - but there is no fee. However we would be delighted if you would make a small donation to help cover our organisation and admin costs. The Zoom link for the Autumn Meeting will be included in your booking confirmation email and emailed out again on Wednesday 22 September, three days before the event.
Starting Time
You will be able to join up to 5 minutes before the start time, so you have a little time to sort things out if there any problems.
Questions
We would love to hear your questions and we have asked the speakers to allow a few minutes for questions. We will use Zoom in webinar mode which means that while you can see the speakers, they won't be able to see you! So, if you'd like to ask a question, please type it into Zoom's Q&A box and the chair will relay it to the speaker.
AGM
The AGM will be held separately from 09.30 to 10.15 - immediately before the Autumn Meeting. It will also be online but will take place in Zoom meeting mode (where you will be able to see everyone else). An invitation with a separate link for the AGM has been emailed to all Irish members.
Recording
The talks will be recorded and we will upload them to the BSBI YouTube channel shortly after the event - watch out for the links on the BSBI Irish Autumn Meeting & AGM webpage.
