FAQs

OPENING & CLOSING TIMES

• 10:40 AM: VIP / Early Access Entry
• 11:00 AM: Standard Ticket Entry
• 4:00 PM: Show Closes

WHERE TO FIND US (ENTRANCE)

Head down the left-hand side of the building, past the Blue Badge parking bays. Please do not go to the main centre entrance. There will be signage pointing you left toward our dedicated event entrance.

Queuing: Follow the signs on-site for your specific queue. VIP ticket holders, anyone with accessibility needs, or those requiring extra assistance should follow the VIP signs straight down to the main gate.

PARKING INFORMATION

Littledown Centre Car Park:

• Free for the first 3 hours! (Chargeable after that—please check local signage).
• Free All-Day Parking Deal: Spend £5 or more in the Littledown café or bar, and your parking is free all day! Activate your parking using the terminal at the till, or ask a member of Littledown staff for assistance. 

Alternative Transport:

There are other local car parks and on-street parking nearby. Don't forget Bournemouth has great public transport links, should you prefer to leave the car at home!

PLEASE NOTE - It is your responsibility to park legally, complying with all advertised parking restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for any parking tickets incurred on the day.

TICKETS & ENTRY

Advance Tickets:

• Tickets will be available in advance, up until 08:30 AM on the day of the event
• Please have your QR codes open on your phone (or printed out) ready for scanning at the gate

On the Gate:

• Tickets will be available on the gate on the day, subject to venue capacity limits. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your slot and avoid disappointment!
• We accept CARD or CASH

Wristbands:

You’ll get a wristband on entry. Keep it on! You can come and go as much as you like throughout the day, just flash your wristband to the gate staff when you head back in.

REFUND POLICY

All advance-ticket sales are final and non-refundable; we cannot issue refunds for change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts. If the event itself is rescheduled or cancelled, full refunds will automatically be issued.

DOGS & PETS

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the main exhibition hall. For the safety and welfare of the animals on display, no other pets or domestic dogs will be allowed entry.
