Bournemouth Community Assembly - with guest speaker Ivor Cummins

We look forward to welcoming you to the Bournemouth Community Assembly on Saturday 25 November 2023 at the Trouville Hotel, Bournemouth.

Doors open at 9:30am for a prompt 10am start.

We are delighted to be able to welcome Ivor Cummins as our guest speaker this month. Ivor has spent many years researching health and the root causes of modern chronic disease, and was a vocal lockdown critic during the pandemic. Ivor will speak for an hour, and take questions, before the break.

After the break, the BCA planning team will be putting forward proposals for how to organise and share funds raised within the BCA community, with a view to agreeing the best system to support this going forward. This will include consideration of whether the BCA needs to become a charity or adopt a more official status as a public group. There will also be consideration of how funds raised by the BCA can best be used within the community to support local projects. We do hope you will join us to participate in this important discussion and make your views known.

This will be a shorter BCA than usual - we plan to finish at 12:30pm - and also the final BCA of 2023. We very much look forward to seeing you there.
