• Doors open 7:00pm

• Performance starts at 7:30pm

• To ensure you receive the best Faulty Towers Dining Experience, you will be seated on tables of 10/12 people.

• Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.

Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience Terms and Conditions:

Ticket price £74.95 per person, payable in full at time of booking.

Ticket price includes show, allocated group table with meal.

No discounts available, Including Blue light holders and carers, sorry.

Tables are made up of mixed bookings up to 12 people per table

Special requests, we will endeavour to do our , table in priority of earlier booking date, best to accommodate, but not guaranteed.

Parties large groups welcome. (Multiple individual bookings for the same table, please state this at time of booking with the lead bookers name, in the notes at time of booking)

Food pre orders to made at time of booking, please include all dietary requirements.

Photography and Video filming may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to not be included in this, please let a member of staff know on the day.

Table service provided all evening.

Children over 12 years old are welcome.

No Dogs permitted for the shows.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for bookings cancelled four weeks prior the event.

50% refund for bookings cancelled two weeks prior the event.

No Refund for bookings cancelled one week prior the event.

Cancellation and Amendments by the venue:

Where the venue cancels the booking with prior notice, a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation is due to circumstances outside of the venue’s control, i.e. Severe Weather conditions, etc.

A 60% refund will be made per person for unrecoverable costs already contracted by the company.
