On Sunday 18^th July, get ready for the ultimate family night out on the water! Join us on the outdoor terrace at Key West on Bournemouth Pier for a spectacular, one-of-a-kind live ABBA music experience overlooking the sea and soaking in the Summer sunshine! 🌊🪩

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 🍽️ Pre-Show Dining: Dine inside Key West Coastal Restaurant from our main menu before the fun begins!
• 6:00 PM – Interactive Live DJ: Setting the party mood with crowd interaction, classic hits, and family fun!
• 7:30 PM – Spectacular Live ABBA Band: Delivering infectious energy, brilliant vocals, killer harmonies, multiple iconic costume changes, and plenty of audience participation with a cheeky twist of humour across 2 x 45-minute live sets with an interval in between.
• 🌭 Grab & Go BBQ: Delicious hot dogs served on the terrace until 8:00 PM.
• 🍹 Bar on site: Bar open for drink orders all evening!
• ✨ Plus More: Look out for extra fun and surprises on the night!

• Format: This is a standing outdoor event held on the open-air terrace of Key West at the end of Bournemouth Pier.
• Footwear Advice: We strongly recommend flat, comfortable shoes. Please avoid high heels due to the boardwalk planking.
• Accessibility: If you or anyone in your party has accessibility requirements, please let us know during checkout so our team can ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable evening.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking

• Ticket Inclusions: Your standing ticket grants entry to the show. Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
• Discounts: Please note that promotional discounts, including Blue Light Card and Carer discounts, do not apply to this event.

Event Details & Venue Policies

• Showtimes: The performance begins at 7:30 PM (typically delivered as two 45-minute sets and an interval in between).
• Pet Policy: Dogs are not permitted (guide dogs welcome).
• Marketing: Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform a team member upon arrival.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Guest Cancellations:

• 4+ weeks prior to event: 100% refund.
• 2 to 4 weeks prior to event: 50% refund (or full transfer to another available event).
• Less than 1 week prior to event: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Venue Cancellations & Unforeseen Events:

• Severe Weather Conditions: If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather conditions making the pier inaccessible), a 50% refund per person will be issued to cover unrecoverable operational costs.
• Artist Substitution: In the event that the scheduled act cancels, Key West reserves the right to substitute a comparable alternative performer where possible.
