Sunshine Festival 2021

Boutique Tipi Parties is delighted to have teamed up with the Sunshine Festival 2021 to provide a luxury glamping experience in the idyllic riverside setting of Upton Upon Severn. Sunshine offer a family friendly atmosphere and quality nostalgic music with David Essex, Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel among the acts headlining. 

We have a variety of glamping packages to suit all budgets and group sizes with a choice of 'Classic', 'Deluxe' and Luxury Stargazer bell tents to choose from. Our bell tents are comfortable and stylishly decorated and our team will be on hand throughout the weekend to welcome you. Our packages include:

Classic Bell

Provides a comfortable stay offering excellent value for money. Features are single or double foam mattresses (no airbeds here!) with protectors, pillows and 10.5 tog duvet, freshly laundered bed linen, low crate table, rug, led lantern, fairy lights, door mat and homemade bunting. Available in 4m, 5m and 7m bell tents.

Deluxe Bell

Want a touch of luxury during your festival stay? Our deluxe bell tent has high rise beds; singles are camp beds with mattress toppers whilst doubles are Intex Deluxe high rise airbeds (we have slept on them and they really are comfy!!), with 10.5 tog duvets, pillows and freshly laundered bed linen, luxury throw blankets and scatter cushions, full floor matting, rug, accent table with plant/felt flowers, vanity mirror, jar sweets, led lantern, fairy lights, door mat, outdoor twinkling lights, homemade bunting. Botanical or Mediterranean designs are available and can be requested. Available in 5m and 7m with limited numbers to ensure a more spacious stay.

Luxury Stargazer Belle

The ultimate VIP glamping package. The Stargazer Belle is the newest edition to our canvas 'fleet' and features high rise tent walls giving an airy spacious feel and a clear ceiling so you can view the stars from the comfort of your bed at night. A real bed with memory foam mattress, 200tc bed linen, throw blankets and scatter cushions ensure a fabulous night's sleep. Also included is a tealight chandelier, table and chairs, bedside tables and led lanterns, plant/flowers, magazines, full matting, rug, clothes rail and hangers, vanity mirror, fluffy towels, eye mask and ear plugs, door mat, outdoor twinkling lights and homemade bunting.

Our Service

Our team will meet you upon your arrival to take you to your bell tent where you will be provided with a 'Welcome pack' complete with wrist band, festival guide and all important hot shower access tokens! There are toilet and hot water shower facilities within the Glamping Field where access to the all important hot showers is restricted to glampers only! Plus there's even a pamper tent complete with Hollywood style mirrors and hairdryers ensuring a truly glam glamping experience.

We will be on hand at publicised times throughout the weekend in the Boutique Tipi Reception Tent and will also provide a 24 hour telephone number direct to our team should you need it. We can also help with those finishing touches that give you peace of mind and set the tone for a chilled weekend; such as padlock's for your tent's security and mobile phone charging point at reception to hire of travel cots and even welcome Prosecco & Nibbles hampers!

• YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR FESTIVAL TICKET WITH CAMPING FROM https://www.uptonfestival.co.uk/tickets PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR SEPARATE GLAMPING TICKETS.
  
• Prices are based upon 4 nights hire and it's up to you how long you stay. The site is open from 2pm on Thursday 27th August to 12pm on Monday 31st August 2020.
  
• Prices include a £50/£100 security deposit that covers us in the event of loss/damage. This is FULLY REFUNDABLE to you (less the cost to replace items damaged/lost) within 3 days of tent collection.
