Longbow Experience

This unforgettable experience is an introduction to the traditional activity of Longbow Archery. Exclusively for small groups with a maximum number of 6 participants. This very special session takes you on an archery journey through time, assisted by traditional archery Instructors. Low poundage bows are there to support your technique and introduce you to the bygone era of the Longbow and Strongbow. All equipment is in keeping with the traditional longbow archer, including wooden arrows, leather bracers and gloves. Synthetic can be made available if that is your preference. Your instructor will help you get started and support you throughout as you immerse yourself in the woodland, learning a new skill as you shoot unmarked distances at traditional paper targets. This relaxed session ends with a small competition, to see how your skills have developed, in our Mystical Highland Glen. With a bit of luck we can end on a slightly longer distance shoot, so you can enjoy the sport of traditional Longbow Archery.

Minimum age is 14yrs. Please no unaccompanied children, at least one adult must also participate. Yeh, I know that sounds harsh, but it's worth it - you will have a truly fab time!
