As part of Boy Blue’s 25th anniversary celebrations, our Young Leaders have created a jam-packed Creative Weekender designed to give dancers at the start of their careers the knowledge, connections and confidence to take their next steps.

Expect masterclasses, industry expert talks, dance career support, portfolio guidance, networking opportunities, dancing, conditioning and wellbeing — all in one inspiring weekend.

Created by young people, for the next generation of creative talent, the Weekender responds to what our Young Leaders identified as essential support for emerging dancers: how to access the industry, build a professional portfolio, make meaningful connections and develop a sustainable career in dance and the wider creative industries.

Whether you’re already pursuing dance professionally or exploring where your creative career could take you, this is your opportunity to learn, connect, move and be inspired.
