Brackley Round Table Summer Fest 2025

All profits help us support local charities and families in need and keep Santa's sleigh on the road!

Things you should know:

• Entry and tickets
  • We sold out again last year, so pre-book your tickets online! Should capacity be reached, we will have to close the gates and wait for some attendees to leave. A ticket does not guarantee immediate entry, so please arrive early. You don't want to stand outside longingly staring at everyone drinking beer and dancing.
  • Tickets are not refundable but are transferable. 
    
  • We will refund all tickets if the event cannot proceed. If it's raining, we'll still proceed, so bring an umbrella or enjoy the summer temperature relief while you dance in the rain.
    

• All children must enter with and be supervised by a paying adult at all times; this includes re-entry for any child.
• Under 18's will be admitted free of charge but must have a children's ticket available during ticket purchase. 
• No Dogs with the exception of assistance dogs will be permitted to enter the festival.
• Card payments
  • To reduce queues and make buying food and drink easier, we ask everyone to bring a card or contactless payment with them. Bars will not accept cash!
  • More time drinking, less time queueing!
  • An optional £1 donation will be added to purchases. Thank you for your generous continued support!

  • Magdalen College School - St. John’s Site.
  • This is where the fireworks are held.
