Your Trainers:

Lizzie Lee is a Forest School Practitioner working for Get Out More's All for Play and Better Start Bradford projects. Lizzie is a trained specialist behaviour mentor, working previously for Bradford's Children's Services, supporting staff and schools to understand children and young people with SEMH needs. Lizzie uses a combination of Nurture and Forest School approaches to help children of all ages to understand and communicate their feelings and has seen the benefits of using outdoor spaces to break down barriers to learning.

Helen Rook has been practicing in education of over 20 years and been a Forest School leader since 2008, working with people of all ages and abilities in the outdoors; from early years, primary, secondary and further and higher education. Her main role involves working with adults with learning disabilities and high needs in various outdoor settings. She is a qualified teacher and experienced trainer, passionate about holistic education for all.
