1-2-1 Environmental Sustainability Advice Sessions
If you're an artist, creative freelancer or arts and culture organisation in Bradford and want advice on how you can embed sustainable practices into your work, join our Sustainability Champion, Jamie Saye for a one-to-one advice session.
We have both in-person and online slots available.
Jamie can offer advice on pretty much anything relating to environmental sustainability in the creative and cultural industries, including but not limited to:
- Conducting environmental impact assessments, both manually and using the Creative Climate tools from Julie’s Bicycle
- Development of environmental policies and action plans
- Operational impact reduction (e.g. power reduction, waste management strategies, audience travel and transport initiatives)
- Sustainable design principles (e.g. circular economy principles and Theatre Green Book)
- Environmental responsibility in funding applications (e.g. Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund)
To ensure we can offer these sessions to as many artists as possible please only book one slot. If you feel you need more ongoing support than these individual sessions can offer, you may wish to apply for our mentoring scheme.
If booking an in-person slot, please be aware that these will take place at Assembly, Bradford which is accessible via a flight of stairs. You can book to meet online, but if you'd like to meet in person at an accessible space, please email us at hello@bdproducinghub.co.uk to arrange.
