Bragg Exchange 2027

The Bragg Exchange is the annual flagship materials research conference delivered by the Bragg Centre for Materials Research and hosted at the University of Leeds, this year taking place on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 January 2027.

The two-day conference showcases the cutting-edge materials research taking place at the University of Leeds, as well as giving attendees the opportunity to hear from esteemed invited speakers working across the UK’s materials research community.

Registration Information
General registration is now open and free for all to attend. Registration will close 6th January.

Poster Submission
The Exchange will include three poster sessions over two days, giving you an opportunity to showcase your own materials research alongside other researchers from across the University and beyond. Poster registration will close on 6th January but will close early if capacity is reached.

This year, poster submissions will also have a chance to submit for a flash-presentation. This will be a 2-minute flash presentation which will take place alongside the talk-presentations in the main lecture theatre. Please select the option to be considered for a flash-presentation when registering.
