Rounds:

5 dozen arrows @ 20 yards on 60cm face.

Compound archers will shoot on 60cm vertical triple spot face.

We use straw bosses supported by H-frames.

Timing:

Session A 8.45am; Sighters 9.00am

Session B 12.15pm; Sighters 12.30pm

Session C 3.30pm; Sighters 3.45pm

Adults £10.00 Juniors: £8.00.

Dress Regulations – Archery GB Rule 307 applies. 

Archers may be asked to show their Archery GB card (physical or electronic) when signing in. If your membership application is being processed through your club, you should ask your club secretary to provide a letter to say that an application has been made.

Braintree Bowmen, Gosfield School, their agents or servants cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to equipment or personal belongings. Non-marking shoes are to be worn in the sports hall.

PHOTOGRAPHY - By entering this competition, all competitors and spectators understand and consent that photography will be permitted on the day of the shoot and may be used on the club website or social media pages in connection with this or similar archery events. All persons taking photographs are asked to give their name and address to the organiser before the session begins.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS - All juniors are to be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or legal guardian cannot accompany their child, it will be their responsibility to inform the organiser in writing that they have nominated another person to act on their behalf as a temporary guardian for the child. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to vet the person they nominate to act as a temporary guardian and also to inform that person of their duties and liabilities whilst acting as a temporary guardian.

GPDR - When you enter this competition the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, tournament officials, scoring systems and other competitors: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability information.

Examples of how this data may be used are: published target lists, published results. With the exception of information to support published results, all other data collected as part of this competition will be deleted 14 months after the date of the competition.
