About your teachers:
Jane Gwillim-David
Jane practised as a corporate solicitor in London and then became a successful business entrepreneur in the 1990’s before realising there was more to life. She started yoga classes over 30 years ago as a way of winding down from marathon training and the stresses of business. Over the years she used yoga to keep fit and supple in both body and mind and to recover from several accidents and illnesses.
Jane went onto qualify as yoga teacher, yoga and breathing therapist and mindfulness and meditation teacher. She also holds an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, University of London. She now teaches yoga and mindfulness meditation group classes and works on a 1-2-1 basis with clients in a beautiful purpose built Yoga Studio on the Lambourn Downs. You can learn more about yoga and meditation with Jane at www.sheepdroveyoga.com

Now, as the director of Infinity-Wellness, Steph works with all types of organisations across the UK and Europe developing wellbeing strategies that support long term cultural change at organisational level.
