The BreastBuddy UK Day Rave is more than just a music event. It's an opportunity to bring people together for a positive cause while raising funds to support the launch of the BreastBuddy UK Pilot.

Whether you're coming to dance, spend time with friends, support a loved one or simply enjoy a great afternoon out, everyone is welcome.

💗 Child (16 & Under) – £5 

💗 Supporter – £20

💗 Friend – £30

💗 Champion – £50

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

All ticket options include full event entry. Booking/transaction fees apply at checkout. 

Higher donation levels simply provide additional support towards launching the BreastBuddy UK Pilot.

This is an online ticket purchase only event.

To help provide a smooth and efficient check-in, all tickets must be purchased online via Ticket Tailor before entry. If tickets are still available on the day, you can purchase them online by scanning the event QR code at the venue using your own mobile device.

Absolutely. This is an inclusive community fundraising event and everyone is welcome, regardless of age or background.

Can children attend?

Yes. Everyone is welcome. Children aged 16 and under are £5 and must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available on site.

Will food and refreshments be available?

Yes. Final details of our food and refreshment partners will be announced soon.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

Tickets are available online only. If tickets remain available on the day, you can purchase one instantly using your mobile phone by scanning the QR code displayed at the venue.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you can no longer attend, please contact us and we'll do our best to help where possible.

Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Entry

• Everyone Welcome: This is an inclusive community fundraising event and everyone is welcome. Children aged 16 and under require a £5 Child Ticket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for Saturday 15 August 2026. Please have your digital or printed ticket ready for entry.
• Re-entry: A no re-entry policy may be in operation. Further information will be confirmed before the event.
• Entry is by valid online ticket only: Tickets can be purchased online before the event or on the day (subject to availability). Cash sales and card payments at the entrance are not available.

2. Venue & Safety

• Arrival: Doors open from 12:00pm. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full event.
• Search Policy: For the safety of all guests, the venue reserves the right to conduct bag searches. Prohibited items include outside alcohol and anything considered dangerous or illegal.
• Respect: BreastBuddy UK is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment. Aggressive behaviour, abusive language, discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Food & Refreshments

• Food and refreshments will be available to purchase on site. Details of our food vendors will be announced soon.
• Bar: A licensed bar is expected to be available (subject to confirmation). If operating, a Challenge 25 policy will apply and valid photo ID may be required.
• Unless otherwise advised, outside food and drink should not be brought into the venue.

4. Refunds & Event Information

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, please contact us before the event and we will do our best to assist where possible.
• Photography & Filming: Photography and video may take place during the event for BreastBuddy UK promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of images or footage in future marketing materials.
• Supporting BreastBuddy UK: Every ticket purchased helps support the development of the BreastBuddy UK Pilot, helping us build a patient-led platform for people affected by breast cancer.
