The Child Within - Breathe with your Inner Child

The Child Within is a breathwork workshop designed to help you reconnect with that younger you. The one who needed softness. The one who needed safety. The one who needed to be heard.

Through guided rhymical and conscious connected breathing, we will invite inner child connection and explore:
