Join Sasha for 3-part Active Breathwork 

Active Breathwork is an hour-long practice of conscious breathing. Breathwork is for anyone interesting in practicing intentional breathing techniques to connect your body and release your mind. The practice is an hour of embodied meditation that can be profoundly energizing, restorative, and allows for deep release. No experience in breathwork is necessary. Please log in 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow yourself time to settle in before the class begins.

This practice is done laying down! Some recommendations for a comfortable at-home practice are to wear headphones, be in a comfortable distraction free environment for the hour, have blankets and water nearby. 

Eye masks or eye coverings are encouraged but not required. 

This session is suitable for all healthy adults. Those who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, heart disease, stroke, or high blood pressure should consult their doctor before participating.
