Join Sasha for Active Breathwork at Wellsping
Active Breathwork is an hour-long embodied meditation, rooted in conscious breathing. We'll use intentional breathing techniques to bring your mind and body into close alignment and balance. In this 1-hour workshop we'll experience the breath as a tool to release, expand, and restore. No experience in breathwork is necessary. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow yourself time to settle in before the class begins.

- Orient & ground
- Active Breathing
- Integrating the experience
Yoga mats & blankets provided, but please bring a water bottle and eye mask if you'd like.
This session is suitable for all healthy adults. Those who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, heart disease, stroke, or high blood pressure should consult their doctor before participating. If you have impaired hearing or any bluetooth enabled hearing device, please arrive 10 minutes before class to connect with me!

These classes are intentionally small, and every ticket purchased is one that's not available for another client. While I will try to offer flexibility if/when possible, it's unlikely that purchased tickets will be refunded.
