Chiswick High Road in 1863

Chiswick High Road in 1863 An illustrated talk by James Wisdom. He will base the talk on the  earliest photograph of Turnham Green. This remarkable photograph is packed with details, some surprising, and by using paintings, maps, census information and other sources he will reveal something of the life of this busy and important part of Chiswick.

The talk will be preceded (at 7.15) by Special General Meeting (in person and on Zoom) to vote on a new constitution to support an application to the Charity Commission
