Part One | Where The Tide Left Us

Chef Austen Falls returns to the hearth at Maligne to introduce Bricolage, a creative studio and culinary house. Bricolage is taking Sunday residency at Maligne in Seaside April 27 through May 11, 2025, for a three part dinner series.

The series begins with Where The Tide Left Us. A culinary journey shaped by brine, breeze, and instinct. 4-courses that evoke the tides that shape our spirit. A study in salt, shoreline, and the nature of beginning. Each ticket includes private event admission in a semi-communal tasting experience, a welcome glass of champagne, and our four-course tasting menu designed to evoke the hush before high tide.

Ticketing Note: Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. We are unable to accept walk-in guests during the scheduled event.
