Part Two | Forged by Fire

Chef Austen Falls returns to the hearth at Maligne to introduce Bricolage, a creative studio and culinary house. Bricolage is taking Sunday residency at Maligne in Seaside April 27 - May 11, 2025, for a three part dinner series.

The series continues Sunday, 5/4 with a menu Forged by Fire. The evening is an ode to craft—and to the hands that grow, feed, build, and gather. It's a reflection on the miraculous transformations from the fires we tend with care. This is a ticketed, private tasting experience served in a semi-communal setting. Each ticket includes private event admission for one adult, a welcome glass of champagne, and a four-course tasting menu inspired by the transformative energy of fire—both in technique and tone.

Ticketing Note: Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. We are unable to accept walk-in guests during the scheduled event.
