BIAFD Autumn conference 2026

BIAFD's Autumn conference will take place at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island on Thursday, October 8.

The line-up of speakers and sponsorship opportunities will be confirmed in due course.

General and associate members – cost of lunch and the general meeting for one delegate is free (covered by your membership subscription).

Executive members – cost of lunch and dinner and both the general and the exec meeting for one delegate is free (covered by your membership subscription).

Group Executive members – cost of lunch and dinner and both the general and the exec meeting for two delegates is free (covered by your membership subscription).

• Day delegate rate to include lunch, the general meeting, and refreshments is £35 +VAT person
• Three-course meal, including red/white wine, is £45 +VAT per person

Your company will be invoiced after the event and any free lunch(es)/dinner(s) will be deducted based on your membership category.
