BCSA Annual Dinner 2026

The British Czech and Slovak Association (BCSA) cordially invite you to our Annual Dinner, an evening celebrating the Czech and Slovak community in Britain and bringing together members, friends, supporters and guests from across our community.

Join us at the elegant DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London for an evening of good company, conversation, networking and celebration, including a drinks reception, a three-course seated dinner with wine, and a varied evening programme.

If you are a newcomer to the BCSA or to London, we would like to extend a special invitation and welcome you into our friendly community.

• Lady Milena Grenfell-Baines, a long-standing member and supporter of the BCSA, a passionate advocate for Czech culture in the UK, and one of the children rescued by Sir Nicholas Winton

The evening

The evening will provide an opportunity to meet friends, make new connections and enjoy the company of members and supporters of the Czech and Slovak community.

The programme will include:

• Welcome drinks reception
• Three-course seated dinner with wine
• An evening programme of special guests and entertainment
• Announcement of the winners of the BCSA Annual Writing Competition
• An exciting raffle with a selection of fantastic prizes
• Plenty of time for conversation and networking

6:30 pm – Doors open
6:30–7:30 pm – Drinks reception in the Gallery Foyer

• A glass of sparkling wine on arrival
• Three-course seated dinner

Tickets

BCSA members: £87 per person

Non-members: £99 per person
Students: £80 per person
Non-members group (5 or more): £89 per person

For group bookings, please select the member ticket with the respective menu option for each member of the group.

Kindly note that you may request seating at a table with your friends.

Our annual dinner raffle will feature a selection of exciting prizes, with details to be announced.
