British Association for the Study of Headache Patient Information Session

This session is organised by the British Association for the Study of Headache (BASH) and aims to provide, practical evidence-based information to help people feel better informed  and more confident in managing their migraine.

The session will be lead by a combination of headache specialists including a Consultant Neurologist, GP with Extended Role in Headache and an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist.

The session will aim to cover:

• Understanding migraine and the principles of effective treatment
• Making the most of acute and preventative migraine treatments
• Lifestyle factors and practical approaches to self-management
• Recognising when to seek further support or advice
• Where to find reliable information and aditional support

There will also be complimentary refreshements and an opportunity to network with other attendees
