Virtual Evening talk with Veronica Roberts MA (Cantab) VetMB MA(Oxon) PGCert(HE) DipECEIM MRCVS, RCVS and European Specialist in Equine Internal Medicine.
Veronica graduated in 2003 from the University of Cambridge, having previously graduated in Biology from the University of Oxford. Internship at the Royal Veterinary College equine hospital, then a 3 year residency in equine medicine at the University of Liverpool. Head of medicine at Stromsholm equine referral hospital in Sweden. Started in October 2010 as Clinical Fellow in Equine Medicine at the University of Bristol and progressed to Senior Clinical Fellow in Equine Medicine in 2013. Her clinical research is into trigeminal-mediated headshaking in horses, for which she has an international reputation. She was award the School of Veterinary Science teaching award in 2013 and the Student's Award for Outstanding Teaching in the Faculty Of Health Sciences in 2017.
