🐎 Riding Through the Change: Webinar with Steph Bradley
Join Steph Bradley — British Equestrian Level 4 Coach, SMS Master Saddle Fitter, and award‑winning researcher — as she shares groundbreaking findings from her MSc study into how perimenopause and menopause affect female equestrians.
Her research drew an extraordinary response from 1,629 riders in just 16 days, winning top academic prizes and now accepted for publication in Post Reproductive Health. The results highlight the urgent need for awareness and support within our community.
In this session Steph will discuss the key themes from her research, share real stories from riders she has met through her research, coaching and saddle-fitting work, discuss her own journey and explore current thinking on support and interventions. We'll have plenty of time for Q&A too.
An absolutely must‑be-there event for equestrian women, whatever age and stage of life you are at - planning ahead, seeing perimenopause rapidly coming down the tracks at you, in the throes of your menopause... or maybe dusting yourself off, wondering what just happened and whether there are more answers out there than you realised. It's also vital listening for coaches and anyone else supporting women in equestrian sport - friends and family who want to understand what's happening to their loved ones are very welcome.
Book your place now. For those who cannot make the date, we will be recording the session and the recording will be available to watch for one week from the date the link is shared - just book a place as normal and you'll receive the recording link.
