Ticket Guidance

A day ticket gives you access to the venue from the start of that day (including practice ice) to the end - you can leave and return to the venue as you wish during that time. A full event ticket gives you access every day of the competition!

Individuals under 16 years old are eligible for the reduced cost Child ticket. Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket.

Disabled ticket-holders are entitled to one free carer ticket - please just enquire at the reception desk on arrival to receive this.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
