BSET Annual Meeting 2025

The BSET Annual Meeting provides a major forum for the presentation of research into endovascular therapy, and attracts nearly 200 consultants, trainees and industry delegates.  The meetings unique informal format encourages high level discussion and participation and an opportunity for networking between consultants and trainees.

The meeting is a two day residential meeting at Tortworth Court Hotel, Wotton-under-Edge, South Gloucestershire, commencing at 9am on Thursday 26th June and finishing on Friday 27th June at 2pm.  The registration fee for the Annual Meeting includes tea/coffee and lunch, evening dinner and overnight accommodation on Thursday 26th June, and breakfast, brunch and tea/coffee on Friday 27th June.

The National Vascular Training Day is held prior to the Annual Meeting for vascular and IR trainees.  The training day comprises case based discussions led by senior endovascular specialists, as well as practical training led by industry.   Delegates attending the training day can choose to attend 2 of the 4 modules of EVAR planning and deployment; endovenous treatment; peripheral endovascular; and managing the unexpected. The faculty will use a combination of short didactic talks, cased based discussions and practical hands-on proctored sessions to deliver the learning objectives.

The registration fee for the Training Day includes the cost of overnight accommodation and dinner on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th June, and access to the BSET Annual Meeting on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June.

Tortworth Court Hotel is easily accessible from the M5 motorway and with good links to Bristol airport and trains to London.
