Brit Pop x The Wine Circuit presents: Quedubon

Sat 13 Jun 2026 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM The Pairings Room at The Wine Circuit, Battersea Power Station., SW11 8DD

Brit Pop, in partnership with The Wine Circuit, is thrilled to host the forces behind the Michelin-rated Paris bistro Quedubon. Chef Ollie Clarke and owner Marc-Antoine Surand will be bringing their own brand of bistronomy to London for one night only on Saturday 13 June.

Quedubon is a beloved Paris bistro known for its focus on nose-to-tail cooking, with Ollie winning the 2024 title of Europe's best offal chef (a very real thing). We're honoured to have the Quedubon team, who have been described by Vittles's Jonathan Nunn as "the kind of bistro that makes getting on the Eurostar feel like a cheat code", making the journey to London to offer up some of the highlights from their legendary kitchen.

The meal will feature a four-course menu (with a vegetarian option), with each course paired with a British wine curated by Brit Pop. The winemakers will also be in attendance to introduce their cuvées and the secrets behind them.

The evening will take place in The Pairings Room, a new addition to The Wine Circuit at Battersea Power Station this year, featuring a selection of hand-picked chefs and sommeliers offering compelling food-and-drink pairings.

Carte

  • Amuse bouche
  • Veal tongue pastrami, caper relish (contains mustard)
  • Beef cheek braised in red wine and bone marrow
  • Rice pudding, rhubarb and custard (contains milk, eggs, gluten)

Carte végétal

  • Leeks vinaigrette (contains mustard)
  • Oeuf parfait (contains eggs, milk)
  • Asparagus vol-au-vent (contains gluten, milk, eggs)
  • Rice pudding, rhubarb and custard (contains milk, eggs, gluten)

Bringing this all together will be wine pairings from of the UK's most exciting winemakers, with a cuvée paired with every dish and the chance to speak firsthand with the teams behind the wines. Being poured on the night:

Blackbook Winery: Battersea locals famed for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay focused still wines.

Balfour Winery: Kent legends led by visionary winemaker Fergus Elias, known for their outstanding sparkling and still wines that have helped put English wine on the map.

Ham Street Wines: Pioneering biodynamic winemakers who since founding in 2019 have found a significant fanbase for their boundary pushing wines.

Leonardslee Family Vineyards: Drawing on founder Penny Streeter’s South African heritage, Leonardslee’s sparkling wines blend New World vibrancy with Old World finesse.

With thanks to Brit Pop's glassware sponsor Dartington Crystal, who will be providing glassware for the evening.
