Tabatha, founder of It’s Your Yoga, creates classes guided by her passion and belief that yoga is something everyone should be able to enjoy and experience. Exploring a thoughtful blend of movement and meditation, Tabatha draws on her 300 hours of training and over 20 years' martial arts practice. She integrates the importance of breath and how it enhances our strength, focus, and fluidity in every pose. Classes aim to both challenge and support, helping to deepen your connection to mind and body.
