This experiential workshop draws on the Buddha’s teaching of conditionality, awareness and insight. We will look into how conflict and polarisaition is showing up in our lives and communities; and draw out how our unique lineage can play a part in building the conditions for creative action in areas of conflict that are important to us. We've asked Amaragita and the team back because the feedback was so good from last year's workshop.

This session will enable you to

  • identify how conflict and polarisation is showing up in your life and your communities

  • choose one area that you would like to make a difference to

  • have the space to identify and share the lineage/roots of what is currently important to you

  • find the wisdom in these roots that can inform skillful means to take action and make a difference

  • devise a clear and manageable next step to take action

This workshop will be led by Amaragita, Chair of Buddhafield, and members of the Buddhafield team. Please bring a vegan lunch item to share. 10am-4.30pm, 21 Effra, 21 Effra Parade SW2 1PX.
