Folk Club with Morag Butler and Muco (Concert)

Hosted by Morag Butler of Rossyln Court Margate, is a mix of floor spots, special guests and a Q&A at the end. If you’re new to the Folk Club format – a floor spot is similar to an ‘open mic’ -without the microphone. All performances are acoustic and audiences are very encouraging and supportive. Leave a note for Morag at the Sailing Club if you would like to take part. You don’t have to be a member.

Today Morag is joined by special guest Muco.  

Muco is a singer, composer, writer, and improviser of British-Burundian heritage, whose work is inspired by a love of language and storytelling.

About the Venue:- The lovely Sailing Club, where you get up close and personal with some of our guests with fantastic views over Viking Bay, hosts some of our most popular events.

Refreshments: Bar, teas, coffees, snacks and breakfasts.

Accessibility: The sailing club is accessed by very steep stairs, There is a small alternative entrance at the side but on a slope.   There are several public car parks close by.
