3. No Rights to Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection with such photos or videos.
4. Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless Return to Paradise festival, its affiliates, representatives, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the promotional materials, from any and all liability or claims arising from the use of the photos and videos.
