Usage Rights: You grant QUANTUM AWAKENING FESTIVAL and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any photographs, video, or other recordings taken of you at the festival for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes without compensation.
3. No Rights to Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection with such photos or videos.
4. Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless QUANTUM AWAKENING FESTIVAL, its affiliates, representatives, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the promotional materials, from any and all liability or claims arising from the use of the photos and videos.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to change of venue and change of program and performers. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items. As an attendee, you assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. You release and discharge Brooklyn Electric Group LLC, along with its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, or demands for injuries, losses, or damages that are not covered by the event’s insurance policy. You understand that certain risks may not be covered by insurance, and you accept full responsibility for your actions and any associated risks during the festival.  You agree to receive emails (subscribe) regarding future events, to which you can unsubscribe upon receipt of the email.  By purchasing these tickets you agree and understand that you will be required to sign a waiver and hold harmless agreement prior to entering the event grounds.

Criminal History and Safety Clause:
For the safety of all participants—especially minors—any individual with a prior conviction for a sex offense, a crime involving minors, or any violent or predatory crime is strictly prohibited from entering or participating in this event. By purchasing a ticket you affirm that you (and anyone being given a ticket) have not been convicted of such crimes and are not currently subject to any related legal restrictions. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual found to be in violation of this policy without refund or compensation.
