By attending Return To Paradise 3.0, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may occur throughout the event. By entering the event grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded.

You grant Return To Paradise, Brooklyn Electric Group LLC, and its affiliates the irrevocable and perpetual right to use photographs, videos, and recordings containing your likeness for promotional, advertising, and other lawful purposes without compensation.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release the event organizers, affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of such media.

Terms and Waiver

By purchasing a ticket to Return To Paradise 3.0, you agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to changes in venue, programming, artists, performers, or schedule.

Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

By attending, you release and discharge Brooklyn Electric Group LLC, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except as otherwise covered by applicable insurance policies.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications and future event announcements, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

All attendees may be required to sign additional waivers and acknowledgments prior to entry.

Criminal History and Safety Clause

For the safety of all participants, any individual with a prior conviction for a sex offense, a crime involving minors, or a violent or predatory crime is prohibited from attending or participating in this event.

By purchasing a ticket, you affirm that neither you nor any individual receiving a ticket from you is subject to such restrictions. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual found to be in violation of this policy without refund.

Attendees under 18 years of age may only enter when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must provide any required waivers upon entry.
