Brooklyn's most prestigious design event returns. This year, a standout roster of New York's hottest interior and landscape designers has redesigned 1 Monroe Place, a landmarked 1852 Greek Revival mansion in the heart of Brooklyn Heights. 

Following a multi-year restoration, this 9,525-square-foot mansion — complete with a Mansard roof, nine bedrooms, seven baths, and a rooftop terrace — now serves as the canvas for the biennial Showhouse. It's a rare opportunity for the public to visit this historic home while discovering the work of New York's most cutting-edge designers.

The 2026 designer cohort brings together a dynamic mix of established names and rising talent. From classic, bespoke interiors to modern, innovative spaces, each designer has transformed the house in creative and unexpected ways.

All proceeds from the Showhouse support the critical work of the Brooklyn Heights Association to build community, advocate on behalf of the neighborhood and preserve its architectural legacy. We look forward to welcoming you.

Tickets are valid for one entry at any point during the Showhouse's run, from Friday, October 2nd to Sunday, November 1st. The Showhouse is open Thursday-Friday 11a-7p and Saturday-Sunday 10a-6p.
