Forest Bathing with Hawk & Heath
Immerse yourself in the serenity of the forest with our unique forest bathing sessions!
This isn’t just a stroll in the woods; it’s a mindful journey that allows you to connect deeply with nature and yourself. During our sessions, we guide you through the lush surroundings, encouraging you to engage your senses fully. As we gently prompt you to observe the intricate details around you, you’ll quickly realise how calming and restorative nature can be - from the textures of bark to the vibrant colours of leaves. This process helps to quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment, allowing stress to melt away.
Together, we’ll practice grounding techniques, mindfulness exercises, and even some gentle stretching, all while surrounded by the beauty of nature. This experience isn’t just about relaxation; it’s about rediscovering your connection to the earth and finding peace within yourself. Along the way, we’ll link back to science and research, deepening your understanding of how our bodies have evolved alongside nature, and being outdoors allows us to reconnect with our roots, literally.
