Little Ones in the Woods

The early years are full of wonder, discovery and constant movement. This gentle woodland gathering offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy nature together at a pace that honours both parent and child.

Set amongst the trees of Cosmic Wood, this relaxed experience invites you and your little one to explore the woodland through touch, sound, movement and curiosity. Whether your child is nestled in your arms, carried close, or eagerly wandering ahead, there is space to follow their natural rhythm and discover the world together.

Along the way, we'll share simple nature-based practices that support connection, calm and sensory development, as well as insights into how time outdoors can benefit growing minds and bodies. From supporting nervous system regulation to encouraging confidence, creativity and early sensory integration, nature offers a remarkable environment for healthy development.

With a small group size, there is plenty of room for the realities of early parenthood: feeding, changing, pausing, exploring and following unexpected adventures along the path.

We’ll finish with a warm drink and gentle conversation, creating space to connect with other parents, share experiences and enjoy a moment of stillness before returning to the day.
