This cuppa and chat is for you if you a part of or looking to start or grow your small community group in Sutton Coldfield and would like to have a chat with a BCM project officer about your next steps or any questions you may have.

This event is taking place at The Trinity Centre on Friday 6th February from 10:00am to 11:30am.

This event is being run by Birmingham Community Matters (BCM) on behalf of Sutton Coldfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme.

This session is for you if you are involved in running a small voluntary organisation in Sutton Coldfield including: Sutton Four Oaks, Sutton Mere Green, Sutton Roughly, Sutton Vesey, Sutton Walmley and Minworth, Sutton Trinity and Sutton Reddicapp.

During this event you may wish to talk about your next steps in:

  • Starting your project
  • Deciding on a structure for your group
  • Recruiting volunteers
  • Finding funding
  • Telling more people about what you do
  • Or anything else you'd like to explore

How to register:

  • Click on the 'reserve your space' button to register - we'll ask you a few simple questions about your community group/project/idea so we know how best to support you on the day.
  • If closer to the time you cannot attend please email us at info@birminghamcommunitymatters.org.uk to let us know. This will allow us to allocate your place to someone else.

This event is for small voluntary and community groups in Sutton Coldfield, and is not geared towards CICs or other social enterprises.

Here’s why - and where you can get the right support

Thank you for helping us to manage our limited resources

Thanks to our funder, the National Lottery Community Fund , Sutton Coldfield Neighbourhood Network and volunteers, this event is free for you to attend. If you sign up and later find you can’t make it, that’s no problem - please let us know, though, so we can allocate your space to someone else. Thank you for helping us to help as many people as we can. We look forward to seeing you!
