The Roux Family at Porth Eirias - Saturday 16th May

We are so excited that Chef Michel Roux and Chef Emily Roux and their team are once again joining us for a special collaboration.

Bryn was lucky enough to work for Chef Michel at the two Michelin-starred London restaurant between 1999 and 2003. Starting out as a demi chef and leaving as a sous chef, Bryn learned his craft in Chef Michel’s iconic kitchen before moving on and becoming Chef Patron of his own very first restaurant, Odette’s in 2008.

Expect exquisite dishes and a showcase of the very best of French and Welsh ingredients combined, as we welcome Chef Michel’s acclaimed Le Gavroche and Chef Emily's Caractere to Porth Eirias.
