Part 1 Oyster Shucking - education and demonstration, plus try it yourself! Includes 3 oysters and a special wine pairing, 1/2 glass each.

Part 2 Dinner - Focaccia for the table, choice of entree (shrimp, sole, or artichoke)

Part 3 Dessert - Sorbet and fresh berries
